About the role

  • Marketing and Sales Operations at ODILO ensuring optimized CRM processes and growth strategies. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance marketing automation and demand generation effectively.

Responsibilities

  • Optimize CRM systems (HubSpot or similar) to streamline marketing and sales processes.
  • Design and implement marketing automation workflows (lead nurturing, scoring, segmentation).
  • Analyze funnels, campaigns, data, and user behavior to identify growth opportunities.
  • Create dashboards and reports to enable data-driven decisions and to connect commercial activity to pipeline and revenue impact.
  • Implement AI and no-code/low-code solutions to design intelligent agents and automated workflows that optimize campaigns, operations, and lead generation.
  • Collaborate with creative teams to deliver insight-driven strategies.
  • Continuously propose improvements and experiment with new tools and methodologies.
  • Propose and implement improvements in demand generation and commercial processes.
  • Detect gaps in conversion and propose strategies for improvement.

Requirements

  • Solid experience in HubSpot or other CRMs with a commercial perspective.
  • At least 3 years of experience in marketing and sales automation, and full-funnel optimization.
  • Experience creating AI-powered workflows and agents.
  • Proficiency with no-code/low-code automation tools (Make, n8n, etc.).
  • Strong data analysis, reporting, and dashboard creation skills.
  • Experience in demand generation and growth strategies.
  • English B2 level.
  • Experience in B2B environments.
  • Nice to have: Knowledge of revenue operations or commercial process optimization.
  • Familiarity with performance marketing or inbound marketing.
  • Experience with agile design tools (Canva).
  • Ability to create executive presentations and visual materials.
  • Continuously introduce innovation in marketing and sales.
  • Design agile and visual assets when needed (Canva or other quick tools).
