Monitor and improve brokers' performance using data and CRM tools (Salesforce), focusing on growth strategies (SRO – Growth) and supporting the sales area.
Monitor and analyze brokers' performance on a recurring basis (4x per week), identifying trends, gaps and opportunities.
Support the implementation and evolution of the Salesforce CRM, ensuring proper use and maximizing platform adoption.
Connect performance metrics with the Growth (SRO) team's initiatives, proposing actions to drive results.
Structure reports and dashboards to track results and support decision-making.
Work closely with business and technology teams to ensure process integration and data consistency.
Requirements
Experience with Salesforce (CRM) – configuration, use and analysis.
Knowledge of commercial performance metrics (especially brokerage/sales).
Experience with recurring monitoring routines and analysis of performance indicators.
Ability to translate data into business insights for Growth.
Experience in SRO / Growth projects.
Proficiency in building dashboards (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).
Strong communication skills to interact with various stakeholders (brokers, managers and support teams).
