About the role

  • Monitor and improve brokers' performance using data and CRM tools (Salesforce), focusing on growth strategies (SRO – Growth) and supporting the sales area.
  • Monitor and analyze brokers' performance on a recurring basis (4x per week), identifying trends, gaps and opportunities.
  • Support the implementation and evolution of the Salesforce CRM, ensuring proper use and maximizing platform adoption.
  • Connect performance metrics with the Growth (SRO) team's initiatives, proposing actions to drive results.
  • Structure reports and dashboards to track results and support decision-making.
  • Work closely with business and technology teams to ensure process integration and data consistency.

Requirements

  • Experience with Salesforce (CRM) – configuration, use and analysis.
  • Knowledge of commercial performance metrics (especially brokerage/sales).
  • Experience with recurring monitoring routines and analysis of performance indicators.
  • Ability to translate data into business insights for Growth.
  • Experience in SRO / Growth projects.
  • Proficiency in building dashboards (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).
  • Strong communication skills to interact with various stakeholders (brokers, managers and support teams).
