  • Help generate and prioritize the growth roadmap and act as the primary liaison for our product and technology teams.
  • Deliver large-scale projects from problem definition through implementation and change management.
  • Execute enterprise-scale transformational initiatives, such as deploying new enterprise software, integrating new acquisitions, or onboarding major partners.
  • Coordinate a wide range of internal and external stakeholders, from senior leadership to frontline staff.
  • Dive into unfamiliar areas and quickly become an expert to drive a project to completion.
  • Contribute to defining the operating model, best practices, and interaction model with support functions and stakeholders for the “Growth Operations” team.

Requirements

  • 3 to 6 years of experience in management consulting, finance, or in an operational role within a start-up.
  • Highly analytical, skilled at structuring ideas and presenting data with the ability to quantify complex concepts into clear, compelling presentations.
  • Able to prioritize effectively with strong organizational skills, excellent stakeholder management, time management, and comfort working in ambiguity.
  • Excellent communicator capable of implementing change in a fast-paced organization, presenting improvement ideas effectively, and confidently representing the nesto team with key external partners.
  • Process-obsessed—delivers solutions that address today’s challenges and scale effectively.
  • A curious mindset to explore bold ideas, new technologies, and innovate smartly.
  • Fluent spoken and written English. The successful candidate will interact in English for approximately 80% of their tasks since our teams are distributed across Canada.
  • Strong asset: willingness to work frequently on-site at one of our main offices in Montreal, Toronto, Calgary, or Vancouver.
  • Asset: experience working with data using SQL or Python, or other data modeling tools.
  • Asset: experience in the mortgage or financial services sector.
