About the role

  • Campaign management: execute, monitor, and optimize campaigns to achieve LTV:CAC and subscription targets.
  • Creative testing: collaborate with the design team to rapidly test and iterate ad creatives.
  • Data analysis: monitor performance daily to identify optimization levers and learning opportunities.
  • Cross-functional collaboration: work closely with central teams, design, analytics, and content to align strategies and maximize results.
  • Strategic growth initiatives: test, discover, and manage new acquisition channels to drive user growth.

Requirements

  • 6+ years of hands-on experience managing paid acquisition campaigns (Meta, Google)
  • Strong background in optimizing performance-driven campaigns (LTV:CAC ratio)
  • Proficiency in campaign-level data analysis and rapid A/B testing
  • Highly creative with proven experience working with design teams to optimize ads and landing pages
  • Ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable insights
  • Experience with subscription-based apps or mobile gaming
  • Experimental mindset and enthusiasm for testing new channels
  • Knowledge of full-funnel marketing, including retention/CRM
  • Native French speaker. Additional European languages (Italian, Spanish, Polish, etc.) are a plus.
