About the role

  • Growth Manager driving sales and marketing strategies for Brave Bison's digital growth initiatives. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to optimize CRM and expand media partnerships.

Responsibilities

  • The Brave Bison growth team are on the hunt for a hungry, outgoing, and versatile growth manager to support our ambitious growth plans.
  • You’ll be working across our Performance specialism, to grow and convert our sales pipeline, operationalise our CRM, expand our relationships with media partners, compile outstanding RFPs, support pitches, create engaging sales collateral and keep our reporting at the top of its game.
  • This is a heavily commercial role but one that comes with the support of a thriving and tight-knit community of growth leads and marketers, all laser focused on continuously driving revenue growth and ensuring all new clients are set up for long-term success.

Requirements

  • Previous experience working with cross-disciplinary teams in an agency environment, with 3+ years in a growth or sales role in a digital /media agency
  • Demonstrable experience growing a new business pipeline through outbound prospecting and lead generation.
  • Experience dealing with media partners.
  • Experience supporting pitches across a full spectrum of client industry verticals.
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills (both internally and externally.)
  • A clear understanding of the ecommerce, digital media and commerce technology landscape.
  • Experience managing a CRM (Hubspot)
  • Strong written and oral communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with remote and cross-functional teams.
  • Strategic thinking and the ability to contribute to business planning and expansion.
  • Proficient in problem-solving, decision-making, and conflict resolution.
