About the role

  • Demand Generation Manager responsible for scaling marketing campaigns across Europe at fintech startup Swan. Leading the Demand Generation team and collaborating with Sales on high-impact campaigns.

Responsibilities

  • Lead our Demand Generation team, taking full responsibility for team performance, engagement, and development.
  • Run targeted B2B marketing campaigns: Build and manage marketing campaigns that focus on high-value business customers.
  • Work closely with the Sales team to create and update lists of target companies, using data insights to reach the right prospects at the right time.
  • Support marketing efforts around industry events and conferences to generate leads and drive sales opportunities.
  • Create repeatable, scalable frameworks for account-based marketing (ABM), lead nurturing, and sales enablement for enterprise clients.
  • Run paid search, paid social, and other digital acquisition channels with measurable MQL/SQL targets.
  • Analyze the user journey, optimize conversion funnels, and coordinate content and automation to drive engagement and retention.
  • Use BI tools and CRM data to track performance, identify gaps, and iterate strategies quickly.

Requirements

  • 5/7+ years of hands-on experience in B2B growth, ideally focused on enterprise accounts and demand generation.
  • Proven experience running targeted marketing programs across multiple channels - including online ads, LinkedIn, Reddit, digital billboards, corporate gifts, and other platforms - with a track record of generating measurable sales results.
  • Hands-on experience with paid search and paid social campaigns, with a results-oriented mindset.
  • Strong technical literacy: marketing automation, CRM, BI tools, data enrichment, tagging, and workflow automation.
  • HubSpot + N8N experience is a plus.
  • Data analysis proficient with the ability to turn insights into growth opportunities.
  • Comfortable working with numbers and metrics - skilled at tracking how leads move through the sales process, finding ways to improve results, and using performance data to make campaigns more effective and show clear return on investment.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills with the ability to work effectively with sales, product, and marketing teams.
