About the role

  • Paid Media Manager responsible for developing and managing paid media strategies and campaigns across various platforms, aligning with marketing objectives for ROI and performance.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and oversee paid media strategies across Facebook, Google, LinkedIn, TikTok, Instagram, Twitter/X, Spotify, and programmatic platforms.
  • Align paid media initiatives with overall marketing and business objectives, ensuring ROI/ROAS targets are consistently met.
  • Lead media planning and budget allocation to maximize efficiency and profitability.
  • Direct end-to-end campaign execution: keyword strategy, audience segmentation, landing page optimization, ad copywriting, and analytics integration.
  • Monitor KPIs and performance metrics, proactively optimizing campaigns to achieve growth targets.
  • Implement A/B and multivariate testing to continuously improve campaign performance.
  • Translate complex data from Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, LinkedIn Ads, TikTok Ads, and other platforms into actionable insights.
  • Deliver clear, strategic performance reports to leadership and clients, highlighting opportunities for growth and efficiency.
  • Partner with Creative, Copywriting, SEO, UX, Social, Content, and Tech/DevOps teams to ensure cohesive execution of paid media campaigns.
  • Integrate paid media into the broader marketing mix, driving synergy across channels.
  • Serve as a senior point of contact for clients, managing expectations, presenting strategies, and leading pitches.
  • Communicate campaign progress, OKRs, and strategic recommendations to leadership and stakeholders.
  • Mentor and guide junior paid media specialists, ensuring high-quality output and professional growth.
  • Standardize processes, tools, and reporting frameworks to elevate team efficiency and consistency.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s/College Degree in Marketing, Statistics, Data Science/Analytics, or related field.
  • Minimum of 5–7 years of experience in digital marketing, with at least 2 years in a leadership or managerial role.
  • Proven track record of managing large-scale paid media budgets and delivering measurable business results.
  • Project management experience preferred.
  • Must be knowledgeable in Google Workspace.
  • Strong professional written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks with changing priorities in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
  • Driven, passionate, and self-motivated
  • Should demonstrate expertise in Meta Ads, Google Ads, and TikTok Ads.
  • Knowledgeable of other paid ads platforms such as LinkedIn, X, Spotify, and other emerging platforms)
  • Should have intermediate to expert-level experience in the following:
