About the role

  • Growth Chief of Staff at Datasite, supporting commercial team in fast-paced AI-driven environment. Partnering with leaders to ensure operational efficiency and team success.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with the Chief Growth Officer, and Heads of Sales, Marketing, and Partnerships, to drive operational excellence across the Commercial organization.
  • Support pipeline management, forecasting, and territory planning.
  • Oversee key department projects and initiatives, ensuring timely completion.
  • Prepare reports, dashboards, and sales analytics for the executive team.
  • Assist in coordinating global team meetings, QBRs, and GTM initiatives.
  • Coordinate cross-functional efforts with Marketing, Product, and Customer Success.
  • Support recruiting, onboarding, and training for new hires.

Requirements

  • 2–4 years in sales operations, consulting, program management, analytics, or related field.
  • Strong project management and organizational skills; ability to juggle multiple priorities.
  • Analytical mindset with comfort working with data (Excel/Sheets, basic analytics).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency with CRM and reporting tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, or equivalent) is a plus.
  • The ability to thrive in a fast-paced, rapidly scaling environment.
  • Interest in building a career in SaaS, commercial leadership, or business operations.
