Responsibilities
Partner with the Chief Growth Officer, and Heads of Sales, Marketing, and Partnerships, to drive operational excellence across the Commercial organization.

Oversee key department projects and initiatives, ensuring timely completion.
Prepare reports, dashboards, and sales analytics for the executive team.
Assist in coordinating global team meetings, QBRs, and GTM initiatives.
Coordinate cross-functional efforts with Marketing, Product, and Customer Success.
Support recruiting, onboarding, and training for new hires.
Requirements
2–4 years in sales operations, consulting, program management, analytics, or related field.
Strong project management and organizational skills; ability to juggle multiple priorities.
Analytical mindset with comfort working with data (Excel/Sheets, basic analytics).
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency with CRM and reporting tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, or equivalent) is a plus.
The ability to thrive in a fast-paced, rapidly scaling environment.
