About the role

  • As a Graphic Designer / Media Designer, you can apply your creativity and design skills daily in our product marketing team
  • You independently create product packaging, user manuals, marketing materials, etc. for our extensive product range
  • You work closely with our product management team, become familiar with the products, and contribute ideas on how to best position them with customers
  • You always keep our target audiences in mind and know how to engage and persuade them through language and design
  • You also contribute to internal projects such as strategic product positioning, POS concepts, and national/international campaigns

Requirements

  • You are a creative thinker and enjoy conceptualizing and producing content
  • You are proficient with tools such as Adobe Creative Cloud — especially Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and Premiere Pro
  • You can easily empathize with target audiences and identify their pain points and requirements
  • You work independently and enjoy contributing actively and creatively
  • Ideally, you hold a trainer/instructor certificate (Ausbilderschein) and are enthusiastic about inspiring young people to pursue this profession
