About the role
- Demonstrate the value of Hanson Wade conferences and sell delegate places across a broad range of conferences (primarily life sciences)
- Contact senior decision makers to discuss their current challenges and objectives
- Help clients evaluate how attending events can accelerate their business and personal goals
- Work in a project team to curate the right audience for events and provide market feedback based on conversations
- Participate in a 2-week intensive sales academy combining classroom theory and on-the-job learning
- Pursue targets in a commission-driven role with uncapped OTE and seek rapid progression into senior sales, management, sponsorship or production roles
Requirements
- Achieved a 2:1 degree or above
- Target-driven and eager to beat any target set
- Hard-working nature and ambition
- Thrive in a commercial environment
- Ability to think quickly under pressure
- Eager to learn
- Confidence when speaking to C-Level executives
- Eligibility to Work in the UK
- High-achieving graduate (entry-level)
