Responsibilities
Manage complex, broad, and/or multi-year projects from end-to-end to deliver business outcomes, ensuring that the project is completed on time, within budget and to a high level of client satisfaction
Work closely within high visibility projects and regularly interface with internal senior management; identify subject matter experts on the project(s) at hand
Build and maintain effective relationships with senior business leadership
Become a trusted advisor and help facilitate timely decision making and trade-offs throughout all relevant project stages
Negotiate resource requirements with responsible management when faced with conflicts in priorities
Requirements
BA/BS degree
3-5 years of project management experience, preferably in healthcare/managed care
Proven ability to drive moderately complex projects to completion
Strong stakeholder management and communications skills
Ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks in a demanding work environment.
Ability to work independently and on a team; ability to partner and lead teams to deliver project objectives
Strong command of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and familiarity with Smartsheet
