Requirements

- Experience organizing digital and hybrid events
- Technically proficient with hands-on media production experience
- Deep knowledge of digital event platforms, video-conferencing tools, live-streaming providers, and digital engagement tools
- Ability to empathize with diverse audiences and assess their technical capabilities and needs
- Authentic leader who delegates effectively, with a conscientious and independent work style
- Fluent in German and English (spoken and written); additional European languages such as French or Italian are a plus
