Hunt for new business opportunities in international markets
Build and nurture relationships with key stakeholders (C-level, HR & IT leaders, procurement)
Negotiate and close high-value contracts
Track and report on sales performance, market trends, and opportunities
Work closely with Domestic (sales) teams, Product & Portfolio Management, Presales teams, Corporate Legal, Operation teams such as Service Delivery, Implementation and Partner Management, Our Excom & Senior Leaders
Report directly to the Sales Director International Market Mid-Market
Travel across Europe for customer meetings and bi-monthly in-person sales meetings
Requirements
Proven B2B sales experience in HR, Payroll, SaaS, or a related industry
Track record of achieving and exceeding international sales targets
Ability to manage multiple opportunities simultaneously and deliver results
Proven track record in closing complex deals across borders
Strong affinity with technology and consultative selling
Strong commercial and negotiation skills
Comfortable working in a process-driven environment and able to follow procedures meticulously
Excellent communication skills in English (additional languages besides your mother tongue are a plus)
A self-starter mindset: thrive in a dynamic and constantly evolving environment
Willing to travel across Europe (e.g., customer meetings, bi-monthly in-person sales meetings)
