About the role

  • Collect, analyze, and interpret data related to contingent hiring activities.
  • Develop regular reports and dashboards to share insights with stakeholders.
  • Identify opportunities to streamline contingent hiring processes.
  • Ensure hiring practices comply with local labor laws and company policies.
  • Partner with internal teams and external suppliers to facilitate smooth onboarding and offboarding.
  • Support the evaluation and selection of staffing vendors.
  • Assist in the implementation and maintenance of contingent workforce management systems.
  • Stay informed about industry trends and market rates.
  • Contribute to global projects and initiatives.

Requirements

  • 3+ years’ experience in supporting global contingent workforce programs.
  • Bachelor of Science degree or equivalent experience.
  • Project management skills and experience in process improvement initiatives.
  • Innovative, creative problem-solving mindset.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
