Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, science, construction, engineering, or related field
- post‑graduate degree and/or MBA preferred
- 20+ years relevant experience considered in lieu of degree
- 20+ years professional experience with at least 10 years leading complex projects/programs
- Professional registration in field of practice required (e.g., P.E., P.G., PLS, R.A., RLA)
- Certification as PMP or Certified Construction Manager (CCM) desired within one year of hire
- Broad knowledge of AEC markets; established relationships with public agencies, private sector clients, and consulting community
