About the role

  • Experienced Program Manager overseeing Agora projects and stakeholder management at Woven by Toyota. Ensure successful project delivery in a collaborative cloud platform environment.

Responsibilities

  • Interface between Agora and external stakeholders to gather and refine requirements for the Agora Platform
  • Collaborate closely with engineering leadership to define the Agora Platform's objectives and roadmap, ensuring alignment with the high-level strategy for a stable Woven City and future expansion
  • Manage and negotiate the scope of Agora’s commitments to ensure successful project delivery to Woven City and beyond
  • Work with engineering managers, product teams, and technical stakeholders to collectively define project deliverables and track execution
  • Perform rigorous risk assessments across technology, business, and logistics to ensure projects are delivered on time, on budget, and at the right quality level
  • Align and manage resource allocation to ensure successful program delivery and maintain project profitability
  • Identify communication and requirements gaps in project delivery, and manage conflicts between teams (e.g., due to competing priorities). Prioritize the most strategically valuable features and support them through completion
  • Manage stakeholder relationships and communication, including engaging with executive-level stakeholders
  • Report the program status to various stakeholders and committees
  • Continuously improve communication channels and processes across the program

Requirements

  • 10+ years of project management experience in IT, automotive, or equivalent B2B product environments, including Start of Production and execution against a master schedule
  • Proven delivery of complex, high-impact products within matrix organizations, operating under ambiguity and using a blend of Scaled Agile and Waterfall methodologies
  • Strong stakeholder, customer, and relationship management skills, including scope control and ownership of multi‑million cash‑flow projects where delays have significant business impact
  • Ability to collaborate closely with technical experts to manage requirements, derived requirements, risks, and execution through resolution
  • Exceptional communication and conflict‑resolution skills, with the ability to earn trust across technical and non‑technical audiences at all organizational levels
  • Fluent in spoken and written English and Japanese
  • Demonstrated commitment to continuous improvement (kaizen) to enhance project delivery performance
