Develop a strategic vision for the Australian and New Zealand Enterprise legal segment to achieve revenue goals, growth, and increase market share
Develop an expansion strategy to lead the business into additional markets across enterprise sized law firms (500+ seats)
Directly manage, mentor and expand a dedicated Australian customer success team
Be the face of the business for Australian and New Zealand within the enterprise legal ecosystem to promote awareness and market share
Collaborate with marketing to run effective campaigns and generate qualified leads
Work with Engineering and Product teams to shape strategic roadmap using market insights and customer feedback
Represent the business at events and deliver presentations to clients, partners, and law schools
Cultivate relationships with technology and legal industry partners to accelerate enterprise presence
Build and oversee a Customer Success team and partner ecosystem to ensure new logos are onboarded and delighting customers
Set regional enterprise strategy, deliver on growth targets, and ensure market-leading client outcomes
Requirements
Senior Management experience overseeing multiple aspects of running/scaling a business across go to market, commercial or professional services in enterprise Legal SaaS
Enterprise B2B Software leadership experience in legal technology
Technically strong with good understanding of challenges and milestones rolling out enterprise software
Marketing knowledge, GTM strategy and demand generation experience
Knowledge of the legal industry landscape across the enterprise segment in the Australian and New Zealand region
History of creating high-performing cultures and teams
Strong and clear communication skills and ability to align cross-functionally
Experience with P&L and understanding of financial analytics
Data-driven, highly analytical mindset with ability to dig into metrics
Experience managing and building Customer Success teams and partner ecosystems
Experience targeting enterprise law firms (500+ seats)
