Complying with the solicitor’s accounts rules and the rules on the professional conduct of solicitors.
Requirements
A Solicitor experienced in Trusts and Estates and some experience dealing with cross border matters although training will be provided,
Experience of running their own caseload of matters.
Strong communication and attention to detail skills
Candidates should be well-organised and technically proficient.
Experience dealing with international / cross border Trusts and Estates.
STEP qualified.
Previous experience of pro-active business development and marketing; ability to demonstrate identification of new revenue streams and be able to promote the firm and cross-sell other specialisms internally and externally.
