About the role

  • To lead and drive on-ground FX sales efforts in Nigeria, onboarding SMEs and Corporates into Multigate’s cross-border FX payment solutions.
  • The FX Sales Lead is responsible for achieving significant client acquisition and transaction volumes ($10m–$15m per month), while building and motivating a team of sales reps and leveraging deep transactional banking relationships to drive sustainable revenue growth.

Requirements

  • 7+ years in FX sales, treasury, or transactional banking.
  • Proven success in onboarding SMEs and corporates for cross-border solutions.
  • Existing senior-level relationships in importer-heavy industries (e.g. FMCG, Manufacturing, Trade , Telcos, etc..).
  • Prior experience leading and motivating sales teams.
  • Track record of delivering $20m+ monthly FX flow through corporate/SME portfolios.
