Product Support Sales Representative driving PM agreements and customer relationship management for Curtis Power Solutions. Engaging with clients and managing service proposals to maintain contract standards.
Responsibilities
Develop proposals in accordance with scope of supply.
Assemble supporting documentation to present to CSR when a job has been awarded.
Conduct site visits weekly that must encompass 35% of weekly communication volume.
Monitor all current and future jobs to ensure timely delivery of the scope of supply.
Coordinate the PM schedule and ensure that obligations are being satisfied.
Requirements
Professional Communication skills
Ability to seek new opportunities for establishing new PM agreements for power generation maintenance.
Capability to promote & establish strong customer relationships with CPS to support PM agreement renewals.
Must be able to promptly respond to customer requests for proposals/estimates.
Communication with appropriate CPS personnel in the assessment of any customer agreement/contract terms.
Experience in maintaining a professional and courteous customer interaction.
Ability to provide follow up communication on all proposals to properly track award status.
Experience with administrative processing of proposals and related documentation.
