About the role

  • Fund Operations Officer ensuring integrity of financial transactions for Netwealth's Superannuation Master Fund. Managing reconciliations, compliance, and process improvements to enhance efficiency.

Responsibilities

  • Perform daily reconciliations of the Fund’s operating cash account and resolve discrepancies.
  • Ensure accurate transaction recording in the general ledger and maintain audit documentation.
  • Support member reporting and compliance with ATO standards (e.g., TBARs, MATS, MAAS).
  • Prepare reconciliation and ad hoc reports for internal and external audits.
  • Identify and implement process improvements, including automation opportunities.

Requirements

  • Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field, with 1–2 years’ experience in reconciliation or fund accounting.
  • Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and proficiency in MS Excel and financial systems.
  • Experience with superannuation platforms and knowledge of ATO reporting requirements.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver to deadlines.
