About the role
- Consultant supporting Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central implementations for multinational clients. Engaging in process mapping, training, and post-implementation support.
Responsibilities
- Perform process mapping;
- Develop the required configurations;
- Create end-user training;
- Provide post-implementation support and assist the sales team in presenting success stories;
- Opportunity to explore new system features and pilot innovative projects.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a related field (Engineering, Logistics, Business Administration, Accounting, etc.)
- Proven experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central (minimum 2–3 years).
- Knowledge of configuration, customization and extension of BC.
- Ability to prepare functional and technical documentation.
- Solid understanding of business processes: finance, procurement, sales, inventory.
- Experience with upgrades and migrations from NAV to BC.
- Experience with agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban) and tools such as Azure DevOps.
- Knowledge of Manufacturing processes and WMS.
- Familiarity with the Power Platform (Power Automate, Power BI) and integration with BC.
- English and/or Spanish (Intermediate/Advanced).
