- Improving the reliability and availability of the platform and implementing comprehensive testing strategies.
- Partnering with product teams and other backend teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Staying up-to-date with the latest web development trends and technologies, and advocating for their adoption when appropriate.
Requirements
- 4+ years of full-stack development experience with a strong frontend focus, and a track record of successfully leading web development projects.
- Expertise in modern web development technologies such as Next.js, Remix, and React, with advanced TypeScript proficiency.
- Strong proficiency in back-end technologies and web services (e.g., NestJS, TypeScript, RESTful APIs, gRPC).
- Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS) and distributed systems.
- Strong debugging, performance optimization, and testing proficiency (e.g., Jest).
- Deep understanding of web security best practices and principles.
- Exceptional communication skills and experience with cross-functional collaboration.
