About the role
- Support clients’ digital transformation by implementing enterprise software solutions and providing consulting expertise
- Collaborate with sales to map business requirements and deliver solution proposals (pre-sales consultation)
- Configure and deploy systems/modules and achieve project milestones (implementation delivery)
- Lead or support data migration activities and ensure data accuracy and QA
- Facilitate user acceptance testing (UAT) and maintain low defect rates
- Deliver structured training sessions and materials in Thai and English for end-user enablement
- Provide post-go-live support, resolve support tickets within SLA and suggest improvements
- Maintain clear communication with project managers and clients; receive positive feedback on teamwork and professionalism
Requirements
- 3–5 years of experience in software implementation consulting (ERP, accounting systems, or similar solutions)
- Proven ability to learn new technologies and applications quickly
- Strong English communication skills (written and spoken) to work with international clients
- Fluent Thai speaking skills (written and spoken) are required
- Strong problem-solving, analytical, and interpersonal skills
- Independent, adaptable, and comfortable working in fast-paced project environments
- Willingness to take on assignments outside of Thailand if required
- Ability to deliver training, documentation and support in Thai and English
