About the role

  • Conduct regular cybersecurity assessments of Industrial Control System environments to identify vulnerabilities and recommend remediation strategies
  • Assess compliance against NIST, DoD, USMC and other security requirements
  • Implement low-cost cybersecurity best practices
  • Conduct assessment activities utilizing tools like ACAS, Tanium, Forescout
  • Generate and disseminate after action reports detailing all findings and recommendations
  • Provide training on cybersecurity tools and assessment procedures
  • Collaborate with CSWFs to enhance cybersecurity knowledge
  • Drive continuous improvement through evaluation and adoption of new technologies

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or IT related field
  • 6-8 years of directly related experience with at least 5 years of experience performing Cyber assessments
  • Minimum of 6 years of relevant experience in defensive cybersecurity operations
  • Knowledge of DOD security controls including DISA STIG and RMF
  • Familiarity with Marine Corps and DISA cybersecurity policies
  • Strong problem-solving skills
  • Experience with specific ICS/SCADA security tools
  • Ability to obtain and maintain a US Government Secret security clearance
  • Ability to obtain and maintain a DoD Common Access Card (CAC)
