About the role

  • Define the category positioning. Create the definitive narrative for AI agent-driven customer intelligence that the entire market will follow.
  • Build demand for what doesn't exist yet. Educate sophisticated B2B buyers on why scattered customer signals are costing them millions in missed opportunities.
  • Craft campaigns that sell the future. Develop content and messaging that transforms "we don't know we need this" into "we can't survive without this".
  • Orchestrate world-class execution. Collaborate with our Design Lead and contractors to produce campaigns that set the standard for B2B marketing.
  • Establish thought leadership. Position our company as the definitive voice on customer intelligence transformation.
  • Build marketing systems that scale. Create repeatable playbooks that turn Twine's growth from linear to exponential.

Requirements

  • Strong experience in brand marketing, growth marketing, or demand generation (ideally B2B SaaS).
  • Proven ability to build brand awareness and drive lead generation in new or emerging categories.
  • Strategic thinking with execution skills. You can define the plan and make sure it ships by mobilizing the right people.
  • Content strategy expertise. You know what content types build trust and how to distribute them effectively.
  • Pragmatic mindset. You know when to focus on craft and when to just get shit done.
  • Generalist thinking with deep marketing expertise. You love wearing multiple hats while bringing serious skill to your craft.
  • Comfortable with rapid learning and experimentation. No specialists here, we expect everyone to push their boundaries.
  • Passion for using AI to solve real problems and automate recurring work.

  • Experience running multi-channel campaigns (content, social, PR, partnerships, paid)
  • Track record of using content to drive pipeline, not just clicks or impressions
  • Has built or redefined brand awareness in a new or emerging category
  • Experience at early-stage companies where you've had to figure things out from scratch
  • Hands-on enough to write/plan campaigns, but experienced in directing contractors and agencies
