About the role

  • Founding Growth hire blending Sales Development with systems thinking at a fast-growing AI infrastructure startup. Join the GTM team to optimize prospecting and automation processes.

Responsibilities

  • Execute and continuously optimize outbound prospecting via cold email, LinkedIn, and targeted calling.
  • Build and automate systems for prospecting, list generation, enrichment, and sequencing.
  • Develop and test outreach messaging across multiple industries and buyer personas.
  • Track and report performance metrics; iterate to improve reply and conversion rates.
  • Collaborate with founders to refine ICPs, prioritize accounts, and evolve GTM strategy.
  • Option to expand into Account Executive or Customer Success responsibilities as the company grows.

Requirements

  • 1+ years of professional experience (startup or SDR experience preferred but not required).
  • Strong written communication and organization skills.
  • Familiarity with sales or automation tools.
  • Ownership mindset with the ability to work in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
  • Systems-oriented thinker who enjoys experimentation, process design, and automation.
