Responsibilities
Execute and continuously optimize outbound prospecting via cold email, LinkedIn, and targeted calling.
Build and automate systems for prospecting, list generation, enrichment, and sequencing.
Develop and test outreach messaging across multiple industries and buyer personas.
Track and report performance metrics; iterate to improve reply and conversion rates.
Collaborate with founders to refine ICPs, prioritize accounts, and evolve GTM strategy.
Option to expand into Account Executive or Customer Success responsibilities as the company grows.
Requirements
1+ years of professional experience (startup or SDR experience preferred but not required).
Strong written communication and organization skills.
Familiarity with sales or automation tools.
Ownership mindset with the ability to work in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
Systems-oriented thinker who enjoys experimentation, process design, and automation.
