About the role

  • A Membership Consultant at F45 is responsible for meeting and exceeding all key performance sales indicators for our studio; including membership sales, maximizing workout traffic and maintaining premium customer service levels
  • Timely outreach to new leads
  • Sharing in depth knowledge of F45 training sessions and overcoming objections
  • Converting leads into memberships
  • Ensuring the sales performance of the studio is meeting goals
  • CRM System Administration
  • Managing new lead entries once received from our social media outlets, community events and marketing campaigns
  • Reporting on sales progress
  • Conducting goal-oriented consultations with all members
  • Generating new leads through current members, community outreach, and all social media platforms
  • Being present at location for events, festivals and local community gatherings
  • Working collaboratively with the Head Trainer/Studio Manager to manage the studio ensuring smooth and cohesive operations

Requirements

  • A strong interest and passion for the fitness industry
  • Excellent verbal and written communication, including the ability to communicate
  • Excellent customer service skills with a go-getter mentality
  • Ability to prioritize and meet goals in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to follow up with leads on a daily basis using a variety of contact methods
  • Confident, motivational, and outgoing
  • Self-motivated and goal-oriented
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Punctual and reliable
  • Experience: sales: 1 year (preferred)
