Responsibilities
- Verantwortung der in- und ausländischen Eingangsrechnungen im elektronischen Rechnungs-Work-Flow-System unter Beachtung umsatzsteuerlicher Kriterien
- Prüfung und Buchung der Eingangsrechnungen im SAP-System
- Regelmäßige Kontenabstimmungen, Mahnwesen, Stammdatenpflege
- Mitglied in SAP-Projekten im Rahmen der Kreditorenbuchhaltung
- Überwachung und Betreuung der Anlagenbuchhaltung inkl. Inventur
- Verwaltung der Rechnungsabgrenzungsposten aus unserem Servicegeschäft
- Umsatzsteuervoranmeldung und Intrastatmeldung
- Erstellung diverser Reports, Auswertungen und Bearbeitung externer Meldungen und Statistiken
- Quartalsweise Konsolidierung des Abschlusses nach Konzernvorgaben und Intercompany-Abstimmungen
- Jahresabschlussarbeiten sowie Zuarbeit für Wirtschafts- und Betriebsprüfer
Requirements
- Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung z.B. als Industriekauffrau/-mann, Bürokauffrau/-mann oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
- Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Bereich Finanzbuchhaltung
- Gute Kenntnisse in HGB
- Anwendungskenntnisse in SAP (FI/MM)
- Routinierter Umgang mit MS-Office, insbesondere MS Excel
- Selbständige, strukturierte und zuverlässige Arbeitsweise
- Sehr gute Deutsch- und gute Englischkenntnisse
