Direct day-to-day operational activities to achieve optimal performance and compliant operations
Prepare, coach and develop talent; provide frequent feedback and one-on-one interactions
Encourage, support, and mentor employees to promote retention and satisfaction
Monitor team goals and key performance measures and drive adjustments to achieve targets
Partner with associates, clients and colleagues to deliver a center of excellence
Oversee back-office financial services for mutual fund clients including account establishment, processing trades, facilitating money movement, and data analysis
Requirements
High energy and enthusiasm with a passion for people leadership
Experience in financial services operations
Bachelor’s degree or 2 years of related industry and leadership experience preferred
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy and strong multi-tasking skills
Computer experience (Word, Excel, Microsoft Outlook and Teams)
Excellent Interpersonal and customer service skills
Reliable high-speed internet connection with minimal service interruptions (Minimum download speed of 70-100MBPS and upload speed of 20MBPS)
