About the role
- Lead and develop a team of associate level transfer agency representatives delivering service excellence to clients and shareholders
- Direct day-to-day operational activities to achieve optimal performance and compliant operations
- Prepare, coach and develop talent; provide frequent feedback and one-on-one interactions
- Encourage, support, and mentor employees to promote retention and satisfaction
- Monitor team goals and key performance measures and drive adjustments to achieve targets
- Partner with associates, clients and colleagues to deliver a center of excellence
- Oversee back-office financial services for mutual fund clients including account establishment, processing trades, facilitating money movement, and data analysis
Requirements
- High energy and enthusiasm with a passion for people leadership
- Experience in financial services operations
- Bachelor’s degree or 2 years of related industry and leadership experience preferred
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy and strong multi-tasking skills
- Computer experience (Word, Excel, Microsoft Outlook and Teams)
- Excellent Interpersonal and customer service skills
- Reliable high-speed internet connection with minimal service interruptions (Minimum download speed of 70-100MBPS and upload speed of 20MBPS)
