About the role
- Financial Consultant supporting debt acquisition with banks. Involved in financial structuring and proposal development for financing opportunities.
Responsibilities
- Identify and map funding opportunities with development banks and other long-term financing institutions;
- Structure financing proposals, taking into account technical, financial and legal requirements;
- Perform financial calculations related to: total effective cost; simulations of credit lines and loans; and economic viability indicators (NPV, IRR, etc.);
- Support the preparation and analysis of financial statements;
- Interact with financial institutions throughout the process of analysis, approval, contracting and disbursement of financing;
- Monitor existing contracts, deadlines, guarantees and ancillary obligations;
- Assist in the preparation of accountability reports when required by financing agencies;
- Contribute to the development and continuous improvement of financial models and internal processes within the area.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Accounting, Engineering or related fields;
- Strong command of financial calculations and Excel modeling (including financial formulas, pivot tables, etc.);
- Knowledge of financing structures and credit lines from development banks (BNDES, Finep, BNB, etc.);
- Developed logical reasoning and analytical skills;
- Good written and verbal communication skills for interacting with external institutions;
