About the role
- Accounting Manager responsible for financial tasks in a prominent organic food company. Overseeing bookkeeping and payroll for the webshop and contributing to financial reporting processes.
Responsibilities
- Maintain the accounting system and provide commercial support for the webshop
- Reconcile clearing/intercompany accounts and resolve outstanding discrepancies
- Participate in the preparation of payroll
- Prepare monthly reports for the organic shop "Feinsinn" and catering
- Perform monthly revenue analyses and generate weekly closes from ERP systems
- Support monthly and annual financial statements as well as the annual budgeting process
Requirements
- Completed training as a balance sheet/financial accountant or an equivalent qualification
- 4–5 years of experience in financial accounting, ideally in a wholesale environment
- Experience with ERP and accounting systems
- Excellent MS Office skills, especially Excel
- Analytical thinking and a structured approach to work
- High level of personal responsibility and a solution-oriented working style
