About the role
- Mitarbeit beim regulatorischen Reporting für Investoren und Behörden
- Auf der Transaktionsseite: Kontrolle von Transaktionsrisiken (Minimierung), Transparenz (SFDR), Datenqualität und schneller Datenzugriff (EMIR)
- Kontrolle regulatorischer Anforderungen an den Anlegerschutz bei Transaktionen (MiFID II) und doppelte Meldepflichten (SFTR)
- Auf Bilanzseite: Kontrolle der Eigenmittel, Kreditlimiten und Liquiditätskennzahlen für das regulatorische Reporting (z.B. LCR, NSFR, CRR, Basel III/Solvency II)
- Erstellung von Reports auf Basis von Zeitplänen, einschliesslich Lageberichten
- Verantwortlich für die rechtzeitige Einreichung aller Berichte
- Laufende Bereinigung der Daten in den Datenbanken
- Überwachung regulatorischer Änderungen und Anpassung der Inhalte der Reportings
- Ansprechpartner für Fragen der Fachabteilungen zum regulatorischen Reporting
- Mitarbeit an regulatorischen Projekten mit externen Stakeholdern zur Optimierung der internen Kontrollen sowie zur nachhaltigeren Erstellung des regulatorischen Reportings.
Requirements
- Bachelor- oder Masterabschluss in Accounting oder Finance
- ACCA, CPA von Vorteil
- Berufserfahrung im regulatorischen Reporting in der Fachabteilung einer Bank, eines Vermögensverwalters, in der Wirtschaftsprüfung oder in der Beratung
- Solide Kenntnisse der inhaltlichen Anforderungen an Daten und interne Kontrollen
- Interesse an der Gestaltung effizienter Prozesse
- Hohe analytische Fähigkeiten und Interesse an der Arbeit mit Zahlen
- Liebe zum Detail
- Fähigkeit, zahlreiche Termine zu managen und hohe Qualität zu liefern
- Organisationsgeschick mit der Fähigkeit, Prioritäten zu setzen
- Kommunikations- und Sozialkompetenz
- Präsentationsfähigkeiten
