Work in a fast-paced, multi-tasking environment supporting the Finance Business Partnering team
Synthesize large amounts of data into high quality, data driven reporting and analysis focused on personnel budgets within the F1 business
Review existing tool set, process and reporting standards for labour costs (salary, taxable/non-taxable benefits, bonus allowances, national insurance, pension, VISA/relocation costs)
Develop data flow and system-based process for capturing personnel related costs and integrate HR and Finance systems with clear data refresh routes
Verify and optimise labour forecast models and develop variance reporting (change logs month-to-month)
Develop control mechanisms to detect error states and automate logic to remove manual intervention
Support creation of consolidated reconciliations between Actuals and Forecast values linking payroll and forecast assumptions
Support creation and facilitation of labour-based adjustment policies
Prepare monthly finance packs for key stakeholders (Director / Head of Level) and provide analysis support to the Business Partnering Team
Requirements
Excellent Microsoft Excel skills
Power BI and / or Workday Adaptive Planning desirable
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
Good organisational skills and the ability to prioritise tasks to work effectively to deadlines
Enthusiastic, open minded and eager to learn
