About the role
- Business Intelligence Analyst supporting development of BI solutions and collaborating with cross-functional teams. Focus on data validation and agile methodologies.
Responsibilities
- Provide support for and contribute to the development of Business Intelligence solutions, such as dashboards, reports, and basic ETL/ELT routines;
- Collaborate with analysts and developers to understand business needs and define analytical requirements;
- Perform basic testing and data validation to ensure the consistency of deliveries;
- Support maintenance and updates of existing dashboards and data models;
- Actively participate in internal training and knowledge-sharing initiatives;
- Follow best practices for documentation and code versioning;
- Contribute to agile ceremonies (Scrum/Kanban), focusing on continuous learning and process improvement;
- Assist in investigating and resolving simple incidents related to reports and data.
Requirements
- SQL and programming logic;
- Power BI;
- Basic knowledge of data modeling;
- Interest in learning cloud environments and tools such as AWS and Databricks;
- Good communication skills, proactivity, and a willingness to learn within a multidisciplinary team;
- Availability to work in an agile environment and pursue technical development.
