About the role

  • Finance Coordinator managing payroll documentation and supporting finance team in Pittsburgh. Working 30 hours a week with potential for growth in an entrepreneurial environment.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and manage documentation for the Payroll Department, ensuring accuracy and timely submission
  • Maintain and update payment records by logging into various client portals to input details on payments received from and issued to subcontractors
  • Respond to payroll audit requests by gathering and organizing required information
  • Support Payroll Analysts by collecting and verifying new hire documents
  • Run weekly timecard reports and follow up with employees to resolve discrepancies
  • Assist with special projects within the Finance group as needed

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • 1-3 years of related experience
  • Highly proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe
  • Self-motivated, flexible, and able to seek our objectives to complete tasks with minimal direction
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline driven environment
  • Possess excellent business communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Detail oriented with high personal standards relating to quality of work
  • Team player with ability to interact with all levels of employees
