Responsibilities
Conduct advanced studies and analyses on topics within the administrative and financial scopes, including preparation of business cases, feasibility analyses, and scenario projections.
Analyze the impacts of Tax Reform on activities under the area’s responsibility and propose tools, processes, and procedures to address the changes, always seeking optimization and efficiency in activities.
Develop rules and policies, and issue technical opinions and guidance for operations within the area’s scopes.
Participate in forums and events and explore market trends and innovation with the aim of proposing new services in the administrative and financial scopes.
Connect with Technology, Data and Innovation teams, seeking levers that accelerate our efficiency and resilience.
Encourage synergies with other CAS areas, acting as a reference and sharing best practices with other teams.
Participate in projects and working groups on topics involving the Management’s scopes, aiming to build new solutions or evolve current processes.
Prepare management reports for the Superintendency and the Board, ensuring clarity, accuracy and strategic insight.
Represent the area in internal committees related to matters under the Management’s responsibility.
Requirements
Degree in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, Accounting or related fields;
Strong experience in administrative and/or financial areas within large companies;
Strong communication and interpersonal skills with internal teams, analytical capability and strategic vision;
Curious, proactive and challenge-driven;
Proficiency in preparing business cases, scenario projections and economic-financial feasibility analyses;
Experience in project management, technical leadership and/or people management;
Data-oriented profile, with knowledge of data and automation tools in the corporate environment;
Advanced Excel skills;
Knowledge of ERP systems (SAP S/4HANA) and data tools;
Experience creating reports and executive presentations.
