About the role
- Finance Assistant focusing on terrestrial reconciliation at Copastur, striving for sustainability and inclusiveness. Involves managing reports, billing, and supplier reconciliations.
Responsibilities
- Issue delinquency reports for monitoring outstanding items by Finance Management;
- Generate reports of critical clients and forward them to the Commercial team to support collections;
- Collect from delinquent clients and arrange payment extensions as authorized by Finance Management;
- Perform daily billing of orders and ensure invoices are issued correctly;
- Respond to clients by email and phone, providing clarifications and guidance;
- Reconcile ground suppliers, airline tickets and reimbursements, ensuring accuracy of records;
- Triage emails and manage supplier collections;
- Assist with revenue calculations, preparation of reports, invoices and tax documents (notas fiscais), delinquency analysis, and uploading invoices to portals;
- Know and follow the company's established SGI (Integrated Management System) practices.
