About the role

  • Lead and manage the delivery of small to mid-size technology projects from initiation through implementation, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives
  • Oversee the Field Technology Experience roadmap, managing capability delivery and vendor partnerships
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure timely, high-quality project execution
  • Help translate business goals into actionable technology requirements and implementation plans
  • Serve as a Subject Matter Expert for field technology, bridging business needs and technical capabilities
  • Use data and analytics to identify trends, optimize performance, and inform decision-making
  • Communicate progress, risks, and outcomes clearly to technical and non-technical audiences
  • Manage the full lifecycle of field technology projects — from concept through execution — ensuring scope, schedule, and budget alignment
  • Partner with cybersecurity, data, and compliance teams to maintain high standards of security and governance
  • Lead and influence cross-functional teams across the enterprise, including vendor management and integration efforts
  • Build and maintain strong relationships across business lines, inspiring collaboration and accountability
  • Identify process improvement opportunities and champion innovative solutions
  • Motivate and guide teams to deliver outcomes that support both field and enterprise goals

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree (preferably in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field)
  • 3+ years of experience managing and executing small to mid-size, complex projects in financial services or a similar industry
  • Experience with protection and wealth distribution platforms and field technology solutions
  • Proven success leading cross-functional project teams and managing vendor relationships
  • Strong understanding of data, technology, and cybersecurity concepts
  • Experience presenting to and influencing a range of audiences, from senior executives to technical teams
  • Excellent communication, relationship management, and leadership skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on data-driven decision-making
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience working collaboratively with technical roles such as engineers, developers, and data scientists
