Requirements
Vocational diploma from a relevant technical institution; Apprentice Trained Engine Technician is preferred.
Locally valid driving permit.
Significant field service experience with expert-level knowledge of engine products.
Proven customer service background.
Experience providing technical advice and coaching to junior technicians is preferred.
Advanced technical proficiency in engine systems, diagnostics, and electronic service tools.
Strong communication and customer focus.
