Perform a variety of field services including: installation, calibration, and maintenance of customer equipment
Accurately record and maintain testing data in accordance with defined standards
Mechanically and electrically troubleshoot, identify, diagnose malfunctions and repair weighing equipment
Communicate findings and solutions to customers while establishing positive relationships
Maintain an efficient work schedule keeping customers informed on scheduled service
Work closely in the field with seasoned technicians to gain knowledge in all aspects of industrial weighing equipment, testing, repairing, calibrating, installations, and industrial processes
Requirements
Basic understanding of 120VAC wiring and/or DC signal wiring
Previous field service background a plus
Strong problem solving & critical thinking skills
Offer exceptional customer service and communicate effectively
Able to bend, crawl, and lift 50 lb. for extended periods of time in a safe manner
Maintain a valid drivers license with ability to obtain a CDL
Driven, ready to be hands-on with a 'can-do' attitude
Outstanding communication skills
Ability to work in an ever-changing work environment
