- **باعتبارك مسئول تشغيل، ستكون مسؤولاً عن إدارة العمليات الميدانية والإشراف عليها عبر المناطق المخصصة. ستعمل بشكل وثيق مع فرق المبيعات والتسويق ودعم العملاء لضمان العمليات السلسة وخدمة العملاء عالية الجودة.
- ****Key Duties & Responsibilities:**
- القيام بزيارات يومية الى التجار المتعاقدين مع الطرف الاول.
- تنفيذ المهام الموكلة اليه من المدير المباشر فى خلال 48 ساعة.
- ملاء اسئلة الاستبيان مع موظفين الفروع العاملة بفروع التجار المتعاقد معاهم.
- تقديم تقارير إسبوعية عن الزيارات التى قام بها لفروع التجار.
- الحصول على بيانات كافة مدراء الفروع و ارقام الفروع الخاصة بالتجاروالتأكد من صحتها.
- تصعيد المشاكل المتواجدة لدى التجار اثناء تنفيذ خدمات الشركة الى المراقب المسؤول عنه بصورة يوميه.
- تحديث قاعدة بيانات الشركة.
