About the role

  • Oversee all aspects of in-center activations and event logistics across Grifols plasma donation centers
  • Ensure seamless execution and an enhanced donor experience
  • Align activation strategies with center-specific needs and ensure brand consistency
  • Track center performance and oversee marketing impact at center level
  • Visit donation centers to assess local needs, gather insights, and ensure alignment with engagement strategies
  • Develop initiatives aligned with local insights to achieve goals
  • Work closely with center managers to tailor marketing efforts to local needs
  • Support and provide hands-on execution of in-center marketing activities
  • Identify, prospect, negotiate and manage relationships with local business alliances and third-party providers
  • Activate and validate contingency/special plans on demand
  • Work closely with operations to support centers effectively
  • Oversee a portfolio of 21 to 37 centers and travel up to 50% (minimum 4-8 visits/month)

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field (required)
  • Specialized training in Field Marketing, Brand Activation, or Customer Engagement Strategies (preferred)
  • Advanced degrees or certifications in relevant areas (preferred)
  • 4+ years of previous experience in field marketing, event management, or local activations
  • Experience in healthcare, pharmaceutical, or multi-location retail industries (plus)
  • Experience engaging and managing third-party providers (preferred)
  • Advanced data management, execution, and conclusion of analysis (Analytical Skills)
  • Critical thinking and openness to change
