About the role

Responsibilities
- Ensuring the smooth and controlled implementation of changes within the Cloud Services department
- Providing critical insights into the performance and utilization of cloud services
- Leveraging ServiceNow to streamline change management processes, generate insightful reports, and drive data-driven decisions
- Developing, implementing, and maintaining robust change management processes and procedures
- Designing, developing, and maintaining a comprehensive suite of ServiceNow & OpsRamp reports and dashboards
- Continuously evaluating and improving the change management process
Requirements
- US Citizenship Required
- Clearance Required: Secret
- Bachelors Degree in computer science or related field, or equivalent work experience with at least 3 years of experience
- ITIL certification (e.g., ITIL Foundation, ITIL Intermediate)
- Proven track record of successful change management implementations
- Hands-on experience with data analysis and reporting tools
- Experience with ServiceNow
- Experience with cloud computing platforms
- Knowledge of relevant regulations, policies, and security standards
