About the role

  • Proactively manage family law cases from beginning to end
  • Assist clients throughout the litigation process and provide expert strategies
  • Provide superior customer service including monthly status reports and weekly case reviews
  • Conduct hearings, mediations, and consults
  • Make improvement recommendations to practice managers
  • Manage performance metrics to track accomplishments and client satisfaction via practice quality software

Requirements

  • Two or more years of practicing family law in Texas (five or more years preferred)
  • Valid Texas bar license for a minimum of 2 years
  • Solid research and writing skills
  • Passion for conducting hearings and being in the courtroom; handling mediations and consults
  • Energetic and motivated
  • Highly organized
  • Knowledge of TxDoc and Clio or similar drafting/client management software
  • MS Office or Google Suite proficiency
  • Drafting of correspondence, pleadings, and discovery
