Responsibilities
Managing and strengthening relationships with Financial Advisors (FAs) and independent investment distributors
Supporting FAs with business development, investment advisory resources, training, and sales enablement to drive AUM growth
Recruiting, onboarding, and training new Independent Financial Advisors
Providing investment support and guidance to FAs, including participation in client meetings
Monitoring FA performance and supporting operational processes to drive AUM growth
Requirements
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant field
3–5 years’ experience in financial advisory, or asset management
Strong communication, presentation, and relationship management skills
IC Complex 1 or IP License (or willingness to obtain within timeframe)
Analytical, service-minded, and collaborative, with a coaching mindset
