- Ensure all work meets internal quality and regulatory standards
- Work collaboratively with internal stakeholders to resolve queries
Requirements
- Previous experience in KYC (financial services background preferred)
- Strong analytical and research skills with excellent attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Organised, self-motivated, and able to manage competing priorities effectively
- Experience using Fenergo is advantageous, though training will be provided
