Drive competitive talent intelligence research and analysis across industries and geographies, mapping the executive talent landscape
Capture, analyze and maintain accurate candidate market and talent intelligence data
Conduct market research to identify talent trends and prepare executive-level reports and presentations
Partner with executives and leadership teams to inform and educate on talent trends and market data
Align content and intelligence with needs of leadership talent initiatives
Collaborate with cross-functional partners to create talent pipelines for succession planning and organizational needs
Work closely with Executive Search partners to align research outputs with strategic briefs
Create and utilize market mapping and analytical approaches to influence sourcing strategy
Expand network through user groups, blogs and networking events and target talent pools across channels
Build data-led hiring strategies, design inclusive search strategies for OC, OC-1 and OC-2 leaders across functions and geographies
Manage candidate relationships throughout the search lifecycle and keep Executive Recruiter updated
Partner with HR and hiring managers, consult on best practices and talent market insights
Position and articulate Gartner’s employer brand and value proposition to industry leaders
Support Executive Search Partners with position specifications, kick-off decks, candidate assessments and search status reports
Conduct in-depth interviews to assess candidate qualifications
Enable Beamery and other tools as single sources of truth for executive search data and automate where possible
Consolidate candidate information, set up scalable data capture, analysis and reporting processes
Partner with HRIS to audit systems and develop enhancements for search execution data
Maintain knowledge repositories, dashboards for leadership, and track compensation trends and executive movement
Requirements
8-10 years’ professional experience OR a minimum of 6 years transferable recruiting experience handling full life cycle recruiting across complex roles
An undergraduate BA/BS degree is required
Preferred previous experience in executive level recruiting with hiring manager contact up to senior most organizational level
Proven track record of success self-sourcing and using all available networking/social channels to build candidate pools
Process and detail orientation
Strong Excel and PowerPoint experience
Ability to prioritize and balance multiple requests across different topics and stakeholders
Proven ability to successfully work with senior executives and their respective teams
Ability to collaborate effectively and influence diverse stakeholders
Strong professional communications skills in writing and presenting
Proven success simultaneously managing multiple projects and working across teams
Experience identifying market trends and researching information effectively through various channels
Ability to analyze, organize and synthesize large volumes of information into insights
Experience working with Beamery or other CRM/candidate database
Unstructured problem solver able to work with limited context
