About the role

  • Make outbound calls utilizing lead management software on existing leads and transferring live customers over to the Mortgage Specialist for further conversation
  • Communicate with Mortgage Specialist and log activity in lead management software
  • Utilize effective sales techniques to qualify leads and transfer to Sales
  • Re-engage clients that have been transferred to a Mortgage Specialist and make live transfers to get the loan in the pipeline
  • Occasionally call leads that have not spoken to a Mortgage Specialist but are interested in financing their home

Requirements

  • 1-2 years experience of proven sales prospecting experience
  • Prior telemarketing experience with financial products preferred
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications
  • Self-motivated and extremely goal-oriented
  • Team Player
  • Professional demeanor
  • Work onsite in West Roseville, CA
