About the role

  • Own the CEO’s mail/agenda: priorities, meetings, travel, and stakeholder communication across multiple countries.
  • Prepare strategic briefings, follow up on decisions and make sure plans actually get executed.
  • Coordinate across leadership, investors, partners and consultants such as law, tax etc. (often in English and under time pressure).
  • Organize and join key international meetings, events, and site visits - travel is part of the adventure.
  • Support and gradually co-lead projects that move the company forward.
  • Bring structure, clarity, and a sense of calm to a fast-moving, high-growth environment.
  • Manage communication and structure information flow.
  • Work in close collaboration with the CEO, with the long-term goal of gaining deep strategic insight and developing a comparable level of entrepreneurial thinking and decision-making competence.

Requirements

  • Several years of professional experience (minimum of 3–5 years) in a relevant field
  • Completed university degree, the field of study and level of qualification are flexible
  • Highly motivated to learn and grow quickly. You don’t want a routine, you want responsibility.
  • You think ahead, stay organized, and thrive when trusted with sensitive information.
  • You communicate clearly and confidently in German (C2+) and English (B2+).
  • You like people and people like working with you.
  • You’re tech-savvy, hands-on, and unafraid to ask smart questions.
  • You’re curious about how strategy, finance, and leadership really work in a scaling company.
